Dear Orcas APS,

Sea Biscuit may be a little dog, but he is a BIG part of our family. He is enjoying life, and we really enjoy having him.

Sea Biscuit comes by his name honestly. He goes to sea often with us on our boat and really enjoys it.

Sea Biscuit continues to pull our heart strings. We don’t think we’ve ever seen such a cute little guy.

Thanks for the wonderful work that you do on Orcas Island for the animals.
