Sherry and Tad Southard and their Buddy

Dear Orcas APS,

We just wanted to let you know that Buddy is settling in nicely at our home, and we are so pleased to have such a great dog! He’s a lot of fun and a beautiful dog.

We appreciate your thorough care of Buddy and the help you provided us, including transportation to Anacortes for medical testing.
