It’s Kitten Time

Five fluffy little ones are entertaining in the Kitten Room.  Although the kittens aren’t ready to go to homes yet, we’re taking adoption requests.  If you’re ready to add a lot of activity, laughter and love to your home, you’re ready for a kitten or two.  There’s a great variety from which to choose – tabbies (orange, gray and brown) and black and white tuxedos.  Some of the kittens are too young and are still with mom.  Feel free to ask if you can view them as possible candidates for your home.

Lure Coursing

If you’re looking for a fun activity for your pooch, check out the information on Lure Coursing found on Shelter News for May 17th.

Help for Shelter Partners

We’re always happy to help our Washington shelter partners overloaded with dogs and cats.  Our friends at Whatcom Humane in Bellingham and Skagit Humane in Burlington have provided us with very social and healthy cats and dogs.  Most have already found homes and we’re certain the rest will find wonderful homes on Orcas Island.
